You bring a solid engineering background and understand the challenges and requirements of large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.TasksDrive both inbound and outbound sales activities in Southern EuropeAct as the primary contact for customers throughout the sales cycleIdentify and develop new opportunities for our thermal battery in industries such as energy production, oil & gas, steel, food & beverage, and other heavy industriesRepresent Kraftblock at regional industry events, conferences, and trade showsLead customer interactions and design-in processes with support from our engineering teamUnderstand the grid business potential for green energy solutionsMaintain awareness of the regulatory landscape and subsidy mechanisms in your regionHelp shape our internationalization strategy in Europe, particularly in the Iberian Peninsula, France, and ItalyManage and achieve sales targetsParticipate in a comprehensive 6–8 week onboarding program at our headquarters in Sulzbach, GermanyVisit our HQ regularly (at least twice a year)RequirementsYou are a strategic thinker and natural relationship builder with a passion for technical innovation and sustainability. You bring :
