This is a temporary role based in Barcelona. The Clinical Specialist (CS) utilizes clinical expertise to support Mölnlycke Health Care (MHC) and the Wound Care Business Area (BA) in achieving commercial and clinical goals.
The CS facilitates clinical sales strategies within focused accounts, supports evidence development, identifies and engages key opinion leaders, and provides professional education and clinical activation. They build and maintain strong clinical relationships to influence change and improve outcomes while aligning with commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
* Maintain extensive knowledge of wound etiologies and treatments.
* Provide clinical education, skills training, and presentations to stakeholders.
* Develop, interpret, and communicate clinical and economic evidence supporting products.
* Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
* Gather and analyze clinical data to generate insights.
* Support commercial success through value demonstration and understanding customer decision processes.
* Plan and execute strategies aligned with business goals, monitor performance, and adapt as needed.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
* Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience as a clinical resource and in evidence generation (case studies, surveys, QIP programs).
* Strong industry network preferred.
* Team player.
Travel : Up to 40% within the region; international travel may be required for training and meetings.
