We’re hiring a Consumer Insights AI Specialist to help our customers unlock the full value of Autentic. You’ll work directly with product, research, and marketing teams to turn consumer data into clear, actionable decisions — while helping us build the future of AI-powered insights.

What you’ll do
* Partner with consumer insights, product, and marketing teams to translate customer understanding into business decisions
* Design and run qualitative and quantitative research using Autentic
* Work with consumer panels (external and proprietary) and expert networks
* Analyze data, identify patterns, and create insight deliverables (reports, narratives, dashboards)
* Act as a strategic partner to clients — helping them adopt new ways of working with AI-driven research
* Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve Autentic based on real customer needs
* Help define how AI transforms consumer insights workflows
* Move fast, balancing high-quality thinking with rapid iteration
Who you are
* 2–5+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Strategy, or similar client-facing roles
* Strong in both qualitative (interviews, focus groups) and quantitative research (survey design, analysis)
* Experience working with consumer panels
* Skilled at turning data into clear stories and actionable recommendations
* Comfortable using or learning AI tools for research and analysis
* Strong communicator — able to engage both hands-on practitioners and senior stakeholders
* Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — high ownership, no passengers
