SAP - Service Delivery Manager - EY GDS Spain - Hybrid As a member of our team, you’ll join as SAP Service Delivery Manager to our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting‑edge IT solutions to our clients.
The opportunity As a member of our team in GDS office in Malaga, Spain, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll be working using the best practices of SAP development & integration to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems.
Your Key Responsibilities As a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your experience. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects – being a part of SAP Technical Team. You’ll also participate in post‑implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.

To qualify for the role, you must have
Experience working in managed services or project management coordinating activities of other team members.
Experience in ECC and S/4HANA Rollout project
Experience in standard project tasks: Fit‑Gap workshops, configuration, testing, documentation, training
Hands‑on evolutive and maintenance task.
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong teamwork skills
Ideally, you’ll also have
SAP related Certifications
Experienced in one of these SAP areas (FI, MM/SD)
Project or service management certifications (PMP, ITIL)
Good level of English is a plus
Use of ticketing tools (i.e. JIRA)
Experience in project with SLA (Service Level Agreements)
Risk identification and mitigation plans.
