We are looking for a Business Analyst to with the mission to scale our Brand's Portfolio.
As part of the Operations team, you belong to an e-commerce center of excellence and you will own the P&L of one or several of YABA's portfolio Brands, ensuring growth and making a positive impact on our Customers' lives.
Responsibilities
1. Channel Management: Amazon is our main channel. You will learn and master Seller Central, understand economics, plan strategies to optimize P&L, understand category and search page market variables, use external tools such as Helium10, Data Dive, or Cobalt, develop relationships with Amazon account managers, and when necessary understand other potential channels such as Walmart, Target, or Shopify.
2. Brand Management: Analyze and improve Brand products and market, own Brand P&L, identify and implement transversal growth opportunities such as market expansions, product development and catalog standard harmonization, and develop internal tools & processes for continuous improvement.
3. Stakeholder Management: Be a trusted partner for company management, collaborate with departments such as M&A, Integration & CX, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, work with prior owners to understand brand ethos and develop strategies, and establish and maintain a good relationship with our Sellers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, fast-paced start-up or FMCG.
- Problem solving: ability to define solutions to complex strategic topics with a deeply analytical and data-driven approach.
- Attention to detail with swift execution.
- Experience in data analysis (Excel, SQL) is a plus.
- Process simplification and automation mindset.
- Native or fluent in Spanish and English (at least C1). Other European languages a plus (at least B2).
- Curiosity, willingness to learn and understand beyond surface-level information.
- Ownership of a team, willingness to embark on this adventure together and delivering through others.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
