Job Description
Dr Reddy’s is seeking a dynamic Medical Sales Representative – Biosimilars based in the North (Galicia, Asturias & Leon). The role requires a deep understanding of biosimilar products, their benefits, and their applications in treating rheumatic and traumatic conditions.
Role Summary
You will promote biosimilar products to rheumatologists and traumatologists, build and maintain strong relationships with specialists, and keep them informed about the latest advancements and benefits of biosimilars.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Promotion
- Promote biosimilar products to rheumatologists, traumatologists, and other physicians in the target region.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to physicians.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders in scope.
- Provide ongoing support and information to physicians regarding biosimilar products.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Market Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide regular reports on promotion activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
- Educational Support
- Educate physicians on benefits and proper use of biosimilar products.
- Provide scientific and technical information to support safe and effective use.
- Assist in developing educational materials and programs for physicians.
- Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure all activities comply with regulations and company policies.
- Maintain high ethical standards in interactions with healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification – Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., PhD) is a plus.
- Minimum Work Experience
- Minimum of 10 years in medical sales, preferably in rheumatology and traumatology.
- Deep understanding of biosimilar products, regulatory environment, and clinical applications.
- Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively within Spain.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
