Your MissionAs the
Business Developer,
you will be our key person on the ground in Spain.You will take full responsibility for building and developing our client base in Spain form scratch, building long-term relationships with medium and large enterprise clients. Your focus will be on identifying B2B opportunities, leading high-value negotiations, and ensuring sustainable business growth.Your Key Responsibilities:
Build and drive
B2B sales
efforts in the Spanish market:
from prospecting and lead generation to closing and account growthManage
complex sales cycles
involving multiple stakeholders and tailored IT consulting solutionsAct as the
main point of contact
for key clients and partners in SpainDevelop and implement
go-to-market strategies
for local business growthManage the
local office, ensuring operational readiness and alignmentReport to senior management and collaborate cross-functionally with international teamsRequirements
What You Bring with you:
A sales-driven professional with
proven B2B business development experience, ideally in IT consulting, SaaS, or technology servicesExperienced in
selling to mid-sized and large enterprise clients, including managing long-term, consultative sales processesA strong
communicator and negotiator, with the ability to influence decision-makers and build lasting business relationshipsComfortable working independentlyTechnically savvy – you understand the fundamentals of IT services and can translate them into business valueHighly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independentlyLocation:
MadridLanguage Requirements:
Native Spanish, Fluent English, German is a plusType:
