Job Summary
**Job Description**:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Execute and collaborate to create long term sales plans for customers assigned, monitor and adapt sales activities in accordance with IFF objectives in our Madrid office.
Collaboration on development of customer presentations by suppling market intelligence as well as the development of creative slides
Project Coordinator with responsibility to manage:
Setup in PUMA, review and follow up of projects: client or internal requierments/needs, submissions deadlines, update and clean up of projects.
Request of samples for internal or external uses.
Technical documentation management: Documents requests (MSDS, PDS, IFRA, Allergens, etc) via Clover upon customer or salesrep request.
Keep track of reworks & updating comments when new IFRA or TOX regulations are implemented.
Direct contact with Creative Centers Neuilly & Hilversum: PC, GRA, Shipping, etc.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1 years ideally within the perfumery industry.
Proof passion for the product developments on industries such cosmetics, fragrances, Home care, or laundry care.
Required business and commercial acumen
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree,
Excellent communication skills, verbal and writing, in Spanish and English
Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact and coordinate activities with internal support team and customers
Open mindset, active listening capabilities and emotional selling skills
Well-developed negotiations skills
Marketing skills can be of advantage
Current Driver’s License
