Description
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team to cover a maternity leave. In this role, you’ll help source, screen, and hire top-tier talent across global markets. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive candidate experience and keeping hiring processes running smoothly during this critical coverage period.
Requirements
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Digital Marketing Industry
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Responsible and responsive with a can-do attitude.
Schedule and manage the entire interview process from start to finish
Provide excellent candidate experiences throughout the entire recruitment life cycle from the initial phone call to closing the offer.
