Experteer OverviewAs Packaging Senior Team Lead, you will supervise the packaging line and ensure smooth, compliant production. You will manage changes to the production plan, resolve process incidents, and investigate deviations, coordinating with other departments. You will lead, motivate, and organize a cross-functional team in a fast-changing manufacturing environment. This role supports Grifols’ mission to deliver safe plasma-derived medicines at scale, contributing to continuous improvement and quality. Responsabilidades - Health Science Bachelor's Degree and/or Master in Farma Industry - Experience in similar tasks and/or Manufacturing - Ability to lead and manage large teams in a dynamic environment - High level of English (B2-C1) - Knowledge of GMPs and manufacturing processes - Knowledge of SAP ERP system and Microsoft Office - Comfort with a constantly changing environment and shifting priorities - Strong communication, teamwork, organization, logistics, and decision-making skills
