In the Value Proposition & Market Analysis unit part of Product & Innovation area at Telefónica Cloud & Cybersecurity Tech, we accompany our customers accelerating in their digital transformation.
Value Proposition & Market Analysis is based on four pillars :
* Value Proposition creation : The focus is creating amazing presentations that create a new customer conversation related to specific topics. It is key to cross-selling customers to have a sticky proposition.
* Medium High Value Segmentation : Ensure we have the right portfolio for this segment and grow in products of high-margin.
* Internal Sales : Provide support from a product perspective to ensure we can sell to other internal Telefonica Group companies.
* Merge & Acquisition (M&A) : Ensure we acquire the right companies aligned to product strategy.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
* Identify trends and key conversations with customers : create astonishing presentations that help sales to show Telefonica Tech capabilities to C-Level. Ensure that Analyst and ESG messages are considered in the conversations. Show other related products that can help the company in the digital transformation.
* Push sales conversations : Organize events and present in front of sales the value propositions.
* Brochure content creation : Besides value propositions, brochures to be published on the website are required to summarize product capabilities.
* Training content : Value proposition creation and communication is key to include the message in the mindset of sales. We have a B2B Sales Academy in order customer data, cost assumptions, etc. to manage an E2E P&L of the assigned product / s.
THE POSITION REQUIRES
Experience
* 5 years in commercial roles (Sales, Product, Business Development) with demonstrated achievements in persuading B2B sales to sell more value service.
* IT Technical knowledge will be valued : Cloud, Security, IoT and IA.
* Experience in product management roles or Service Delivery Roles will be evaluated.
* Experience in sales / Presales teams selling Cloud, Security, IoT and IA / Digital services will be evaluated.
Background
Need : Sales vision with IT knowledge to understand IT portfolio.
Desirable : MBA or similar.
