Senior Backend Engineer (Python) – What you will do
Design and build backend services in Python (FastAPI).
Implement async job execution and status tracking (Redis/Celery/Kafka).
Integrate with LLM and services (internal & external).
Ensure stability, observability, and cost-efficient inference.
About you
5+ years Python backend experience.
Strong FastAPI experience.
Solid PostgreSQL + S3 (or equivalents).
Experience with async task queues (Celery, Redis, Kafka).
Production experience integrating with micro services: long-running jobs, retries, failure handling.
Basic observability skills (logging, monitoring, alerting).
Experience in cross-functional teams (frontend, ML).
Experience with AWS infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes.
It would be great if you have
Familiarity with LangChain or agentic workflows.
Marketing technology background (ad platforms, creative tools).
Experience with StarRocks (or other OLAP databases, e.G. ClickHouse).
