Your role is to support our Re7 Labs business by growing and managing relationships with clients and partners.Responsibilities :
Establish and maintain relationships with L1 & L2 foundations, crypto asset issuers, DeFi platforms, protocols, distribution partners, and crypto whales to ensure Re7 is top of mind for new opportunities.Filter, manage, and convert inbound leads, assessing viability and profitability, and propose business cases for approval.Work closely with the Re7 Labs team to ensure timely and accurate responses to engagement opportunities and information requests.Identify industry themes and growth trajectories that Re7 can leverage.Capture, consolidate, and synthesize feedback on Re7's products and services to adapt to changing requirements.Requirements :
Proven track record with 3+ years of experience in business development and / or account management within the crypto industry.Experience in building lasting relationships with diverse DeFi / Crypto clients.Strong work ethic, results-focused, with ownership and accountability for outcomes.Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.Benefits :
