The Opportunity
In this role you will:
• Be a visible leader onsite coordinating across multiple contractors and disciplines to ensure safe and aligned delivery of shared scopes
• Own and manage the project interface matrix, identifying dependencies and responsibilities between client, consultants, contractors and vendors
• Coordinate cross-discipline activities across CSA, MEP, utilities and technology systems ensuring works progress without conflict
• Identify interface risks proactively and lead resolution workshops to mitigate programme and construction impacts
• Lead and attend coordination meetings to drive decisions, resolve clashes and communicate impacts across delivery partners
• Implement and monitor interface management processes, improving collaboration, accountability and information flow
• Track and manage scope boundaries, handoffs and installation readiness between trades and project phases
• Support commissioning and handover readiness by ensuring systems, areas and responsibilities transition correctly between teams
• Work with project controls teams to monitor sequencing, constraints and critical path dependencies
• Maintain structured reporting of interface risks, actions and escalations to project leadership

• Have experience managing interfaces on data centre or complex construction projects
• Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one — we can help
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management, engineering or construction discipline
• Are detail oriented and quality focused with strong coordination skills
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
• Thrive on building strong relationships with teams and clients through collaboration and shared goals
