Sporty Group is seeking a passionate and creative Junior Social Media Editor to join our team in Madrid. As part of the SportyTV team, you will be responsible for editing and creating dynamic video clips and images from our TV shows and sports programs to share on social media platforms. You will work closely with the social media team to develop and execute strategies that maximize engagement and reach, helping SportyTV grow its presence online and connect with a broader audience.

What you'll be doing
- Edit and create engaging video clips and high-quality images from SportyTV programs, ensuring content is tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with the social media team to plan and execute a content strategy for promoting SportyTV's shows and sports events across digital platforms.
- Monitor trends in sports and social media to create timely and relevant content that resonates with audiences.
- Produce behind-the-scenes content, match highlights, and fan-focused clips that drive engagement on social media.
- Use CupCat and other editing tools to create polished, shareable content for our audience.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with SportyTV's brand identity and social media strategy.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media content, providing insights for continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
- Proficiency in video editing software, including CapCut or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, especially in video and image content creation for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
- A passion for sports and entertainment, with the ability to craft engaging content for sports fans.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for visual storytelling and trending content in the sports media space.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in social media content creation or video editing is a plus.
- Experience with sports media or creating content for TV shows or sports channels is a plus.
- Familiarity with SportyTV content and sports broadcasting is advantageous.
