Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will drive the partnership strategy set by the HR & Payroll Practice, including contracting, procurement, stakeholder engagement, and market trend analysis. The Partner Solution Architect will also recommend enhancements to the business roadmap through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify market opportunities and industry trends.
Raise awareness of the partner ecosystem among stakeholders.
Create high satisfaction through quality insights.
Lead contractual negotiations and execute partner agreements.
Report on initiative progress and align with the HRP Practice vision.
Define and implement communication strategies about partnerships.
Collaborate across business units for integrated service delivery.
Identify potential roadblocks and suggest solutions.
Key Qualifications:
Experience with external partners and managing relations.
Knowledge of partnership models (whitelabeling, reselling, referral).
Strong English skills; additional languages are a plus.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt and take initiative.
Experience in transformational roles with measurable benefits.
