YOUR TASKS:
System Integration:
- Design, implement, and maintain integrated IT systems supporting business operations.
Maintenance & Support.
- Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems through continuous maintenance
and support.
Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational
continuity.
Monitoring:
- Proactively monitor system performance, availability, and security, and implement
improvements when necessary.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows,
and technical procedures.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to support integrated, cohesive system
environments.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, including KRITIS and DORA
requirements.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
Education:
- Completed training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent technical
background.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in system integration, ideally within a Service
Operation Center environment.
Technical Skills:
- Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, macOS
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
- Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
- Cloud: AWS, Azure
- Security: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption technologies
Certifications (preferred):
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Or comparable certifications
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
- Willingness and ability to work in 24/7 shift schedules.
Required Languages:
- German: B2
- English: B1/B2
