We're looking for a creative, hands-on full time contractor to help grow a travel volunteering site's presence across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
You'll help create and test videos that grow reach, engagement and awareness across key social platforms.

We'd love to hear from you if you:
* Are fluent in English and Spanish
* Have hands-on experience creating videos for different social platforms
* Understand what makes short-form content perform, including hooks, pacing, text overlays, trends and storytelling
* Can write strong captions/hooks and turn raw footage into engaging short-form videos
* Have a strong eye for visual style and can create content that feels current, natural and brand aligned
* Are familiar with travel, backpacking, volunteering, cultural exchange or creator-led lifestyle content
* Can contribute creative ideas from concept through to execution
* Are comfortable reviewing performance and using insights to improve future content
* Can communicate clearly, work well with feedback and able to manage your own content pipeline
* Have used CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut or similar editing tools
Bonus points if you:
* Have experience with paid social creatives for Meta or TikTok
* Have your own TikTok, Reels, Shorts or travel/content portfolio
What you'll work on:
* Creating and editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
* Developing video ideas, hooks, formats and content angles for new audiences
* Reviewing raw footage, UGC and archive content to identify strong storytelling opportunities
* Repurposing strong videos across platforms while adapting them for each channel
* Helping video shape content direction based on platform trends, audience response and content performance
* Sharing content ideas, priorities and learnings with the wider marketing team
* Supporting organic video growth, ad creative variations and other social video initiatives
* Helping build a more consistent and scalable short-form video system over time
