Your Role
The Product Manager will oversee the research, planning, execution, and delivery of product launches related to our AI platform.
Main Mission
Drive the rapid delivery of product vision by autonomously gathering project functional requirements and anticipating needs, ensuring quick and effective project execution.

* Project Planning:
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
Monitor and track project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet project goals.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
* Design and Delivery:
Wire-faming with our Product Designer
Communicate the rationale and value behind designs
Answer developer’s questions regarding the business requirements
* User Research:
Contextual interviews
Surveys
* Growth and Data:
Define & measure impact of new features against predefined metrics

Your Qualifications
Must-haves
*
* Technical & Product Skills:
Ability to rapidly prototype using Python, JS, or equivalent (e.g., Streamlit, Node, Rails).
Familiarity with AI / ML frameworks and tooling (e.g., OpenAI, Whisper, ElevenLabs, Bark, Hugging Face, RVC, or similar).
Experience building and shipping functional PoCs and MVPs with a focus on user experience.
Strong understanding of product discovery, experimentation, and iteration loops.
Comfort working without fully defined specs — you shape the 0→1.
* Soft Skills:
Strong product intuition and user empathy
Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and fast learning
Excellent ability to identify what’s worth testing vs what’s noise
Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and leadership
Strong, clear communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English) – with ability to pitch ideas concisely

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in conversational AI, generative audio, or voice UX.
* Background as a founder, indie hacker, or technical PM in early-stage startups.
* Ability to leverage tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector DBs for prototyping.
