Job Title: Campus Operations Supervisor

Reports To: Regional Operations Director

Work Calendar: 240 days

**GENERAL PURPOSE**:
***

When operating as the Operations Supervisor, the individual should be familiar with all day to day school operations and should demonstrate excellent leadership skills. The Operations Supervisor will serve as the immediate leader of Operational support departments for all assigned campus facilities. These departments include: maintenance; custodial, security, and related purchasing.

- Responsible for delivering exceptional results to all areas s/he oversees; promotes a positive work environment in accordance with the District’s mission, vision, and values.

- Instill a service-first mentality within the areas s/he oversees to ensure the campuses have what they need to operate effectively.

- Embraces the mission, vision values of the organization, 7 Habits and coaches staff members in the workplace
***:

- Oversee, coordinate and support the daily operations to ensure seamless, smooth, and efficient service to students, staff, administration, parents, and vendors, (i.e. remove distractions); coordinates with other support departments to create a smooth and efficient operations team. These departments include: Food service, transportation, and Campus leadership
***:

- Proactively evaluates the condition of all assigned facilities, and if necessary, assist in the implementation of routine and emergency maintenance
***:

- Provides outstanding customer service to all support entities; attends campus leadership meetings to proactively support events and needs of the campus.
***:

- Monitor security of all assigned facilities to ensure a secure and safe school environment
***:

- Oversee and support general facility maintenance and repair, including repairing woodwork: replacing electrical switches, fixtures, and motors; painting, repairing, and replacing plumbing fixtures and drainage systems; and replacing broken glass
***:

- Assist the Lead Custodian with inventory control, including ordering supplies and materials.
***:

- Ensure that all assigned areas of custodial responsibilities are carried out
***:

- Ensure that maintenance personnel are given a record of repairs via Eduphoria and provide support for such repairs as necessary.
***:

- Advises the Regional Operations Director and Human Resources regarding the leave, classification, retirement, resignation, promotion, suspension, or dismissal of operations employees
***:

- Ensures the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all personnel information
***:

- Implement and monitor life safety programs and provide training where needed
***:

- Implement training programs for all reporting departments to improve service, safety, and efficiency while maintaining the culture of the organization
***:

- Assist in responding to immediate safety and operational concerns (e.g., facility damage, alarms, etc.) to resolve immediate safety issues and maintain a functioning physical and educational environment.
***:

- Ensure accurate records of repairs required and completed are kept and materials used.
***:

- Proactively monitor budgets and ensure efficiencies in purchasing needed assets
***:

- Negotiate contracts with various vendors to ensure cost effective and efficient service
***
- Monitor assets and make recommendations to the Regional Operations Director for replacements, as needed
***:

- Provide input to the the capital improvement list for all facilities and departments

**Supervisory Duties**:

- Oversee campus areas to ensure a seamless, smooth, and efficient service to principals and their students, teachers, parents, and vendors
***:

- Collaboratively hires campus personnel with the support of the Regional Operations Director
***:

- Provide constructive coaching, feedback, and discipline where needed for all direct reporting employees; documents counseling in systems of records when warranted
***:

- Anticipates, manages, and resolves conflict at the lowest level

***
