Scope and Purpose The Project Manager – Platform Team is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects in terms of cost, timing, and quality. This role involves leading cross-functional platform teams, fostering collaboration and accountability, and acting as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. The Program Manager ensures that all project activities are aligned with company procedures and customer expectations, from project initiation through to post-SOP phases. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate cross-functional platform teams, promoting a strong sense of ownership and accountability among team members. Ensure the availability and clarity of project specifications across the platform team. Provide visibility and transparency regarding resource needs (FTE, OPEX, CAPEX) for current and future projects, aiming for optimal resource utilization. Define, update, and continuously optimize the project plan to meet strategic objectives. Coordinate the preparation of cost estimates and financial planning (EFP) in collaboration with the platform team. Monitor project progress against defined targets (timing, cost, quality), identifying deviations and initiating corrective actions or escalation processes as needed. Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on project status and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee the evaluation and implementation of project changes, including feasibility analysis, cost estimation, and planning of implementation activities, both before and after SOP. Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and standards, including adherence to the Stargate process. Requirements Proven experience in project/program management, preferably in the automotive industry. University degree in a related field, preferably in industrial engineering. Fluency in English and Spanish. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Solid understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and project financials. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or engineering sectors. Familiarity with internal project governance frameworks (e.g., Stargate or similar).
