We are expanding our teams in the Space sector.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
We are seeking a Software Lead with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading software development projects, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong coding skills, experience with software architecture, and technical leadership. You will:
* Lead software development teams.
* Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions.
* Review code, ensure best practices, and drive innovation.
* Work closely with customer to define technical requirements.
* Mentor junior developers.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for experts with 5+ years of experience in software development with background and interest in:
* Proficiency in C++.
* Experience in agile development methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in:
* CI/CD
* Use of containers and Kubernetes
* Broker messages (e.g.: kafka, mqtt)
