You will refine customer segmentation, coordinate cross-channel campaign workflows, and collaborate with tech to align data flows. You'll propose and test improvements to drive campaign performance and retention. - Define and optimize customer segmentation for Email Marketing campaigns on our CRM platform
- Coordinate channel workflows from content adaptation to sending campaigns (email, SMS, push) for broadcast and triggered efforts
- Plan and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve performance
- Leverage automation to drive retention, upselling, cross-selling, and engagement across the customer base
- Help build CRM strategy aligned with local and global priorities
- Measure, analyze, and report on data to guide business decisions
- Develop customer journey maps and identify measurable metrics for growth initiatives
- Master the internal Email Marketing tool to execute campaigns via owned channels
- Collaborate on segmentation and messaging across the customer journey
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve web, mobile, and app recurrence rates
- Analyze, manage, and report on retention strategies and campaign performance
- Understand customer data flows within the client platform for informed recommendations
Responsabilidades
- Experience in planning and executing Marketing Automation strategies with proven success
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Strong technical insight with ability to garner cross-functional support
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics across channels (SEO, Paid Media, UX)
- Advanced level of English;
