Make cold and follow-up calls to the assigned portfolio, while also sending emails and providing support through WhatsApp or any other approved communication channel, with the goal of presenting the company's products, promotions, and services.Maintain and update the client database in the CRM, updating account information in Salesforce, obtaining additional information to allow better account segmentation, and removing closed accounts from the database when necessary.
