This position performs journey level custodial work.

Qualifications
English
Requires two year of custodial experience.Sound understanding of custodial procedures, supplies, and equipment.Sound understanding of the operation of equipment such as buffers, carpet cleaners, vacuums, etc.Basic understanding of hand tools used in making small repairs.Able to lift up to 25 Kg., push carts of loaded material, bend, crawl, and/or reach.Spanish language is requested for this position. General English knowledge would be an advantage.

Se requieren dos años de experiencia en labores de limpieza.Sólido conocimiento de los procedimientos, suministros y equipos de limpieza.Buen conocimiento del funcionamiento de equipos como pulidoras, limpiadoras de alfombras, aspiradoras, etc.Conocimientos básicos sobre el uso de herramientas manuales para realizar pequeñas reparaciones.Capacidad para levantar hasta 25 kg, empujar carros con materiales, agacharse, arrastrarse y/o estirarse.Se requiere conocimiento del idioma español para este puesto. Tener conocimientos generales de inglés será una ventaja.
