As Digital Projects Specialist (Spain), you will lead the implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of digital initiatives in Spain, with a strong focus on Cemex Go. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Customer Service, Logistics, Operations and P⁢ to ensure digital projects are successfully deployed, adopted and sustained. You will also support day-to-day activities related to the Cemex Go platform to improve customer and employee experience and operational efficiency.
Lead the implementation of digital projects in the country in cooperation with other departments.
Assist in defining and implementing the strategy for Cemex Go training for the commercial team.
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Track and report activities related to adoption, user involvement, and platform performance.
Provide regular updates to the management on project progress and adoption.
Collaborate with various departments, including operations, logistics, P⁢, and customer service, to ensure successful project implementation.
Support the commercial team in defining and implementing the digital strategy.
Bachelor's degree (preferred) in relevant fields Engineering, Business, Systems and Telecommunications.
Master's degree is a plus.
Spanish: English: 2+ years of experience in Customer Experience / Digital Commerce / Project Management.
Experience in training strategy for digital training.
Data analysis, data reporting.
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
