Main Responsibilities
\n
- Lead the comprehensive management of technology transfer and process development projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Responsible for the complete execution of the project, from inception to completion (communicating with the client and preparing executive reports, coordinating the activities of functional experts to ensure successful execution).
- Ensure alignment between technical execution, functional activities, and overall project objectives.
- Monitor project performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Serve as the primary interface with clients, executive stakeholders, and steering committees.
- Establish and lead project governance in alignment with business owners and executive sponsors.
- Prepare and lead steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and sponsor updates.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience.
\n
+ Bachelor's degree.
\n
+ Languages: Advanced English.
\n
+ Skills: Team management, Project management, Project direction, Project management tools, Cost management, Data analysis, Reporting, Leadership, Project planning.
