What The Role Entails
Some of the key responsibilities of our Art Director:
* Define and uphold the artistic vision and visual language for our iGaming products.
* Translate complex game mechanics and marketing goals into compelling visual narratives.
* Ensure all visual output is mobile-first, optimizing for various screen sizes and devices common in the iGaming sector.
* Maintain brand consistency across our titles (both art and animation).
* Mentor and inspire a team of specialised and general 2D artists/animators.
* Manage creative workflows, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.
* Conduct regular art reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate the quality of work.
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Game Mathematicians, and Developers to ensure art assets are feasible and optimized for performance.
* Deliver promotional assets for the marketing teams.
* Contributes and assists in the teams recruitment process.

What We Ask Of You
* 3+ years of experience in a senior creative role (in AAA gaming, mobile or iGaming).
* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D art (illustration and painting).
* Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
* Understanding of animation principles and how they apply to slot mechanics.
* Knowledge of current trends in visual design, pop culture, and competitor activity within the gambling sector.
