Job DescriptionPosition: Brand Manager – IberiaPosition Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager – Southern EuropeDepartment: MarketingLocation: Madrid, SpainWork Type: Hybrid (office/home)Job Summary:We're looking for an experienced Brand Manager to drive growth and elevate our market presence in Iberia. In this strategic role, you'll lead the development and execution of our brand and marketing initiatives, playing a vital part in shaping our business direction.You'll thrive in this role by leading cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic international environment and guiding external partners to bring our brand vision to life with impact.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy in Spain and Portugal, in line with regional and global guidelines.- Manage media planning, digital campaigns, social media, and influencer programs specific to the Iberian market.- Oversee product portfolio management: launches, relaunches, packaging, and local adaptations.- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to define strategic priorities.- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Sales to ensure 360°campaign alignment and retail integration.- Coordinate with agencies and partners for creative, media, and PR deliverables.- Monitor marketing KPIs and ROI, ensuring continuous improvement.Required Experience and Qualifications:- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, ideally in FMCG, personal care, or OTC categories.- Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital).- Strong analytical and project management skills.- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.- Ability to prioritize between two markets with different levels of complexity.- Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus).Preferred Skills and Abilities:- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and ownership.- Comfortable navigating ambiguity: able to act without always having a fully defined or standardized process.- Agile and adaptable, with the ability to pivot quickly based on priorities or feedback.- Resilient and proactive in a fast-paced, fluid environment.- Strong sense of accountability: can work autonomously while respecting alignment processes (reporting, approvals, cross-functional collaboration).- Balanced approach: able to combine creative problem-solving with operational discipline.About the CompanyLifeStyles has a history dating back to 1905 when Eric Ansell first started making condoms in Richmond Australia.Today LifeStyles is a Global leader in the sexual wellness sector, comprising a broad range of condoms, personal lubricants, and other related products and other products in over 60 countries.Owning a large portfolio of trademarks, LifeStyles manufactures and commercialises its products either under leading global non-latex condom brands SKYN® under its local heroes such as LifeStyles®, Manix®, Unimil®, and Blowtex® and Control®.Outside of branded products, the Company also supports universities, NGOs, and other organizations as part of a broader effort to promote sexual health and prevent the spread of STDs and STIs.
