About the Opportunity

Being part of the On-Trade team developing our brands in the growing channels with a focus on developing our brands in the proximity channel.

About You

Results oriented, aspiring to develop the business as a founder in your RTM with a focus on growing our Premium portfolio and Innovations and protecting the Core business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver on the two objectives: EFO & new model.
* Accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers.
* Negotiate at Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets.
* Drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
* Identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred.
* Affinity with On Trade, Events and/or Promotions.
* Ability to organize work independently and effectively.
* Negotiation skills.
* Good communicator and active listener.
* Team player.
