You'll use data to track daily risk exposures and support reporting to internal and external stakeholders.Up to shape what's next in finance? Working with the first line of defence to identify, assess, document, and regularly review risks of all typesCoaching the business to design and implement controlsSupporting the development and implementation of operational risk policies, procedures, key indicators, and appetite statementDeveloping techniques for quantification of operational risk and resilience, including stress testing and impact tolerancesMonitoring operational risk against limits and thresholds, producing respective reports to management and other relevant stakeholdersMonitoring KRI breaches and working with risk owners to resolve them within a set timeline5+ years of experience in operational risk management within banking or financial services~ Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
