Mission
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Delivers sales targets for allocated brands.
* Understands and stays abreast of all aspects and changes within each LHE.
* Maintains a deep understanding of therapy areas, including local patient pathways and the clinical and economic benefits of Almirall products.
* Develops and implements the business plan for all LHEs within the territory, ensuring stakeholder input and engagement with clear accountabilities.
* Builds and maintains productive relationships with key customers and influencers, fostering advocacy to support brand goals.
* Executes high-quality sales interactions with clinical and payer customers across LHEs and therapy areas.
* Supports the development of formularies, positive policies, and guidelines for Almirall brands.
* Ensures compliance with pharmaceutical and company regulations.
Education
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Skills
* Ability to develop and mobilise clinical advocates to influence policy decisions and remove barriers to drive business.
* Experience in developing and executing successful complex business plans.
* Proficiency in using complex clinical and health economic data in customer interactions.
* Understanding of how NHS drivers influence local healthcare priorities.
* Strong consulting, negotiating, and decision-making facilitation skills.
* Full driving license.
Experience
* Proven sales achievement in payer and clinician roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* Experience in account management and delivering mutual value based on customer insights.
