Position Summary:
Technical support for field issues and commissioning, Hotline, Customer Training, New Product Testing, and Verification.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support on technical issues in the field and laboratory.
* Offer online telephone technical support for fire panel commissioning.
* Conduct customer training sessions, either 1:1 or online.
* Validate and test new products (NPI).
* Check for software and firmware updates for new products.
* Complete reports for product validation.
* Translate manuals for new products into the local language.
* Improve and maintain KPIs within the Tech Team.
* Participate in weekly Tier 1 Technical Area meetings, suggesting improvements.
* Contribute to achieving safety and internal/external goals.
* Understand and comply with all standard HSE processes, and test and inspect machinery and equipment.
Must Haves:
* Degree in automation or electronics.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Aptitude for teamwork.
* Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Experience with fire panels and/or fire security equipment.
