We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Industrial Solution team to increase the number of leads for the EMEA sales teams and to support the team on lead to sales conversion. Successfully doing so, you will enable growth within Europe.
The position will report to our Manager Business Development, based in Leuven, but you will have daily contact with our Industrial Aftermarket team, which is located in Terrassa as well.
As a Business Development Representative, you will bring value to Donaldson through:
- Ensuring all incoming leads (website, mail, eCom, ) are administered timely and accurately by:
- Enhancing the lead data
- Assigning the leads to the correct responsible person in a timely manner
- Improve the lead to sales conversion by closely monitoring actions taken on the leads by sales and work with the teams to contact the company, get and win the opportunities
- Report out on the lead to sales conversion pipeline
- Optimize the lead process in CRM365
- Generate new leads to enable growth for the business:
- Target market research
- Enable new platforms of lead generation
- Cross BU Analysis (ex. Retrieve potentially interesting customers lists from other Business Units and / or provide data to other Business Units)
- Reactivate lost business
Experience and Skills:
- Higher Education in Marketing or equivalent through experience
- At least one year experience in a business development role
- Proactivity and extrovert personality to work with different teams across EMEA
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
- IT skills - MS Office, CRM, Oracle
- English is a must, any other European language is an asset
