YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT
You will be part of the Communities team in Barcelona, a team tasked with the mission of providing the best digital communities experience for Porsche owners. This is a key new role on a cross-functional and dedicated Agile Product Team.
You will be responsible for the plan and the execution of quality checks to measure and assure the expected quality of communities’ mobile applications. You will guide the team in making the best implementation decisions from a quality perspective and support in finding optimal solutions for digital products – aligned with all involved stakeholders.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced and passionate QA Automation Engineer who will validate digital products from several perspectives in our “Communities” portfolio. At the same time, collaboration with other teams and synergies based on lean and data-driven processes are key to our success.
You should be able to communicate in an open and respectful way to other team members, open to give and receive feedback.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot issues and provide valuable insights for continuous improvement
* Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks and tools
* Execute and analyze automated tests to identify defects, performance issues, and other quality concerns
* Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in QA automation and actively apply this knowledge to improve testing practices
* As a member of an agile product team, work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to define product roadmap and create test cases and test plans
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years' working experience in test automation in an agile software development environment
* Proven hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and tools:
* Rest and/or GraphQL API testing (e.g.: Postman, Axios)
* Experience in front-end (UI) test automation, web or preferably mobile
* Experience in one/more of the following is an advantage - TypeScript, Javascript, Node.js
* Experience in version control tools (Git) is a plus
* Experience in performance testing tools
* Data analytics knowledge is a bonus
* Familiar with continuous integration, build & deployment practices and tools
* Strong organization skills - ability to handle a dynamic environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Initiative and ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
