The role:
- Collaborate with a team of quantum and AI specialists. - Solve high-value problems for Fortune-500 clients in government and private sectors. - Contribute to the industrialization of core AI and quantum technologies. - Design, develop, and deploy maintainable, high-quality software systems. - Take technical leadership and work alongside software, DevOps, ML, and quantum experts.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience. - Strong Python skills; knowledge of Rust or C/C++ is a plus. - Junior: 1–2 years of experience | Mid-level: 3+ years. - Experience with cloud deployment (AWS preferred). - Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong coding practices: testing, documentation, clean design. - Experience with APIs and efficient application workflow design. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with LLMs, HuggingFace Transformers, OpenAI APIs, vector databases, and model-serving platforms. - Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Spark, GPU clusters). - Algorithm development and scalable system design. - Experience working in cross-functional teams.
