Project
As a Product Development Specialist in the Pepe Jeans Footwear team, you will drive the product development, execution of the designs and fit in a timely manner within set calendar and margin goals. Insure quality, fitting, detailing and branding parameters are met. Align with price requirements. Communication with partners, tradings and factories.
Responsibilities
* Daily communication with partners, tradings and factories in English.
* Support in developing footwear products for Men, Women and Junior, following our quality, production and brand standards.
* Review styles with designers to understand design intention and range plan set-up prior to initiating tech pack.
* Set up tech pack and create technical data in PLM KUBIX platform including construction instructions, relevant style notes and finishing details.
* Fitting: measure, record and update measurement specs and target specs based on developments.
* Issue proto comments, detailed corrections, and update specs and tech packs when required.
* Work with Product director and planning team to place.
Location / Working Arrangement
This position requires 4 days in office (Monday to Thursday) and is based in Elche (Alicante).

Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar role focused on Footwear.
* Footwear Knowledge on technical sketches, pattern making and production.
* High level of English (min. C1) and Fluent Spanish.
* Knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop, Microsoft Office. Kubix PLM.
* Based in Elche, Alicante.
