**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Develop next year’s investment plan focused on enhancing production lines and boosting productivity.
- Ensure the investment plan aligns with both budget and schedule.
- Track and maintain project Gantt charts, identifying and alerting stakeholders of any deviations during weekly updates.
- Create detailed project descriptions for supplier assessments, outlining clear project scope and objectives.
- Update production, logistics, quality, and food safety/environmental teams about new projects in initial commissioning meetings.
- Verify project completion, reporting any variations from deadlines, budget, or ROI.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to drive process improvements.
**OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE**
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related studies.
- Minimum experience of 2-3 years in a similar position, managing engineering projects in production environments, preferably in the food industry or consumer goods.
- Master's Degree in Project Management is desirable.
- Experience in SAP PM is a plus.
- Knowledge of design programs such as AutoCAD 2D and Solidworks 3D.
- Proficiency in English.
