* Previous experience in the Defense Sector
What will your responsibilities be?
* Manage a team of Category Product Managers responsible for the Oesía Group portfolio : Communications, Sensors & Electronic Warfare, Electronics & Onboard Photonics, Simulation, and Cybersecurity & Digital.
* Oversee market analyses, product roadmaps, and investment plans aligned with corporate, technological, and business strategies.
* Drive the development of new products and evolutions of current products in a structured and agile manner, aligned with market needs.
* Coordinate the value proposition and business development strategically, in line with sector and regional growth objectives, throughout the product lifecycle.
* Lead the promotion and active positioning of products internationally, following the go-to-market strategy, and identifying early-stage opportunities.
* Monitor product sales and ROI objectives using appropriate financial evaluation models.
* Define and oversee KPIs to assess product success and inform strategic adjustments.
* Promote lifecycle management of products, including updates, evolutions, and improvements based on the roadmap, customer feedback, and market experience.
