About the Role
We are looking for a Global Brand Specialist – Skin Care to join our team on a temporary basis (maternity cover). Based in Barcelona, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of Anne Möller, a brand with a strong heritage in innovative, high-performance skincare.
Key Responsibilities
· Management and coordinate the development of new products, ensuring all stages of the process align with brand strategy and timelines.
· Create and deliver brand support materials consistent with the global strategic plan.
· Implement the promotional and go-to-market plans across relevant channels and regions.
· Monitor sales performance and analyze data to optimize launch effectiveness.
· Support and contribute to the digital editorial calendar and content development.
· Collaborate with external agencies for the management and content of brand websites.
Your Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
· 1–3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
· Knowledge of brand strategy, market analysis, and consumer behavior.
· Experience managing product launches and campaigns in an international setting.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
· Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
· Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
