Lead the transformation in Corporate Travel and Expense Management

As the Senior VP, Commercial Corporate IT you will play a pivotal role in scaling Amadeus Cytric Solutions' commercial revenues.
Your mission involves setting the right commercial strategy and overseeing the customer lifecycle operations for all channels, both direct and through resellers and partners, on a global scale.
Commercial Strategy :
* Develop and execute a comprehensive Global commercial strategy for various channels to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Provide strategic leadership, setting targets for revenue growth and market expansion.
* Build strong relationships with key customers and partners at C-Level.
* Elevate Cytric's public and marketing profile through speaking engagements and thought leadership.
* Business Development & Channel Management :
* Drive business development initiatives and partnerships to expand our global customer base.
* Seek synergies and new revenue opportunities within Amadeus business units.
* Design and implement sales strategies for partner and reseller channels, optimizing channel return.
* Monitor and manage channel performance.
Commercial Performance :
* Take ownership of the Cytric commercial P&L.
* Lead the end-to-end Customer Lifecycle, including sales, upselling, renewals, and customer success management.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and compliance with corporate guidelines and processes.
Marketing :
* Define the Marketing and customer experience strategy based on market research and customer trends.
* Boost the Cytric brand and presence in line with target audiences and markets.
* Plan and oversee marketing functions and operations.
* Build an efficient marketing team.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
Leadership :
* Build and lead a high-performance Global team, fostering a strong commercial mindset.
* Co-lead recruitment and performance reviews.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to motivate the team to achieve business success.
* Sponsor career development initiatives.
* Manage Budget, Resources, and Financial Planning for your Area of Responsibility.
Requirements : Education :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA or Phd preferred.
Relevant Work Experience :
* Proven experience as a Main Commercial Responsible or in a similar senior executive leadership role within the SaaS industry, in the US and it is a plus in other geographies also.
* Solid Experience / know how in Travel, OBT, or Expense solutions.

* Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
