We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to be based in London, Madrid, or Barcelona.

Then this may be the role for you Kantar Media is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Technical Project Manager to support the implementation of technology solutions for a new audience measurement service in a leading market. We need an experienced project owner to oversee and implement the Audience Global Support (AGS) infrastructure, systems, and applications in the Azure cloud environment that will operate the client measurement solution.
As the AGS Technical Project Manager, you will own the solution, manage implementation across support teams, configure, test, and resolve technical challenges to ensure on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end technical ownership of the AGS implementation, including ensuring systems, applications, training, and documentation meet Sweden solution requirements.
* Coordinate with the overall project PM for workstream governance and manage escalation processes, implementing change management procedures.
* Own and validate the delivery scope for all AGS teams regarding market and technology support.
* Establish checkpoints during delivery, own milestones, and report progress to stakeholders and the cloud migration owner.
* Manage handover processes for Level 1 local operations and DevOps teams, including training and documentation, ensuring comprehensive training aligned with Sweden requirements.
* Implement support workflows with L1 / L2 / L3 teams, managing processes, escalations, ticketing, and change management.
* Test and configure deployed systems, review and approve each delivery, and validate configurations with market teams.
* Review and maintain key documents such as the cloud service profile and solution details.
* Ensure successful deployment of key processes like meters, self-installation, and others, completing phases within timelines.
* Collaborate with SMEs to confirm configurations and validate user interfaces.
