What You’ll Do
- Own It: Manage Google Ads campaigns from start to finish. - Be the Client Advocate: You’ll be the go-to person for our clients, keeping them in the loop and making sure they’re stoked with the results. - Get Creative: Dive into keyword research and craft compelling ad copy that grabs attention and drives clicks. - Maximize Campaign Efficiency: Analyze data to fine-tune campaigns and boost those conversion rates.
Who You Are
- Experienced & Skilled: You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, ideally within e-commerce clients and agency environment. - E-Commerce Focused: You understand the unique challenges and opportunities of e-commerce marketing—optimizing ROAS, scaling campaigns, and interpreting data to guide smart decisions. - Independent & Proactive: You thrive working autonomously, managing multiple clients with confidence. You’re organized, take initiative, and don’t wait to be told what to do—you make things happen. - Strong Communicator: Your English is excellent, both written and spoken. - Innovative Thinker: You bring a fresh perspective—constantly testing, learning, and finding new ways to improve performance. You’re not afraid to challenge the norm if it leads to better results.
