What will you do in the project?
* The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and maintain a high level design plan for the overall logical and technical customer IT architecture, proposing the latest technologies available from Capgemini portfolio and the latest market trends.
* This role requires good presentation and communication skills as well as good technical capabilities. Successful applicants will be able to work with Capgemini clients on most exciting digital workplace technologies.
* Experience in implementations of enterprise scale digital workplace solutions based on Microsoft and supporting technologies, Citrix and other technologies will be highly appreciated
* Experience in preparing high level and detailed level designs.
* Providing architectural consulting expertise, direction and assistance to the various stakeholders as requested.
* Analyzing existing processes and proposing points for improvement
* Documenting and developing in-depth knowledge of the organization’s existing IT architecture, infrastructure and technology portfolio.
* Developing, documenting, recommending and communicating plans for investing in IT infrastructure.
* Holding the liaison responsibility between business, users and IT
* Certifications will be an asset: AWS/Microsoft/Google/VMware/Office 365/Citrix/ - alternatively, candidate should be capable of passing the certification exams during trial period (Capgemini may offer relevant internal trainings).
Who will you be working with?
* Role is located in the User Experience Service Line for Spain, as part of the Projects and Consulting organization within the Cloud Infrastructure Services business unit. Within this role you will be also working closely with global portfolio leaders on development of digital workplace offering.
* Our Architects/SME participate and actively support business initiatives by building reliable, efficient, scalable and business oriented digital workplace solutions based on Microsoft, Citrix, Google and other related technologies for the Workplace Modernization and User Experience scope. They are involved in design and architecture of complex systems on all levels, from legacy migration, through core platform setup, to integrations, automations and orchestrations.
* Our Architects perform research into technology partner or other vendor solutions in context of client requirements for architecture and design proposal.
To feel comfortable in the position, you need to be able to get along well with:
* years of experience in implementations of enterprise scale Workplace solutions based on Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft technologies, acting as an architect on at least 3 full Workplace projects.
* in designing architecture for Enterprise Endpoint / Mobility Management solutions (e.g., MS SCCM, MS Intune, Citrix XenMobile, VMware Airwatch, etc.).
* in designing architecture of Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, OpenStack) and Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google) solutions, especially in the hybrid model.
* of the key technologies relevant to Digital Workplace solutions including: AD/LDAP, Azure AD, SSO, ADFS, SAML, SSL, VDI, RDP, ICA, SBC, Web Services.
* experience in common Automation and Orchestration Technologies in the Digital Workplace ecosystem.
* English level, conversational B2/C1 is required.
* Spanish mandatory.
