Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. The aim is to provide full‐stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardised and efficient production.

About the Job
Mission
In this critical role on SITP EMEA Telecom & Workspace Service Office, you will lead and contribute to the delivery of the Service provided by the support teams.

Service Operation Onboarding Manager
Position involves designing, implementing, maintaining and operating the Service Operation Onboarding process for new or updated services.

Key Objectives

Ensuring new/updated services are production‐ready

Preparing teams to deliver high‐quality services

Enhancing user experience and service quality

Responsibilities

Process Management: Enhance, design, measure, document and deliver processes within the Domain, including the Service Onboarding Process.

Service Delivery: Perform and complete Service Onboarding instances for new and modified services.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous service improvement by defining and measuring KPIs.

Communication: cross‐departmental collaboration and reporting.

Requirements

Studies

Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent

ITIL Foundation certification (higher level is a plus)

Experience

5+ years' experience working in IT environments

Experience using ServiceNow Platform (tooling and reporting)

Experience in SharePoint tool (desirable)

Experience in IT Project Managing

Languages

Spanish: Fluent

English: Fluent (B2/C)

French: Desirable

ServiceNow IT Service Management: Knowledge and experience tool management and reporting

Visio

Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word mastering knowledge

SharePoint On‐line

Other abilities

Design, write processes and procedures, communications, define and measure KPIs, create complex workflow diagrams, RACI charts, etc.

Good understanding of computers and communication tools

Team player; fosters a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

Service‐oriented user focus

Project management skill, strong planning and organisational abilities, delivering results within strict timelines

Good interpersonal and communication skills to gather information from stakeholders

Analytical skills

Autonomous and collaborative working with product owners, operations and end users

Leadership: lead by example and guide teams toward delivering high‐quality service
