We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team and lead various infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects related to infrastructure development, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and close infrastructure projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
3. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
4. Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
5. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, and vendor partners, to ensure project alignment and integration.
6. Monitor project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
7. Facilitate meetings and communication among team members and stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout project execution.
9. Document project processes, proposals, and agreements.
Qualifications:
10. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
11. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on infrastructure projects.
12. Professional certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.) preferred.
13. Proven experience with project management tools and software.
14. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
16. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
