Experience in IT environment outsourcing
Advanced level of English (mandatory)
Understanding of the IT infrastructure ecosystem (communications, storage, servers, databases, web/application servers, etc.)

Hybrid working model and 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area.
