Having grown from a small Polish startup into a global SaaS company, we now aim to standardize and scale our sales operations across markets, boosting efficiency and ensuring rapid access to tools and data for every market.

We’re hiring a remote Global Sales Operations Specialist to join our Global Sales team. If you’re passionate about improving systems and driving clarity, this role is for you. You’ll unify sales processes, support daily operations, and build scalable solutions, acting as a strategic partner to local teams, solving problems, and accelerating growth.

What will you do?

1. Be the main operational partner to the Sales teams across the globe
2. Analyze local processes and develop solutions and processes that fit multiple countries’ needs
3. Help drive implementation of global projects in coordination with local structures
4. Ensure quality and consistency in our systems
5. Create automations related to Sales processes to maximize effectiveness and operational excellence in our CRM and other areas
6. Query datasets from different sources, turn data into information, and information into insights
7. Design, implement, and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports
8. Oversee KPIs and performance of local teams, identifying 'red-flags'
9. Ensure data cleanliness and process alignment
10. Work closely with and report directly to Jorge, our Global Head of Sales Operations

What are the minimum requirements?

* 2–6 years of experience in consulting, BI, analytics, operations, or business development
* Fluent in English; additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese, or Polish are a plus
* Educational background in STEM or business-related fields
* Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable decisions
* Experience delivering projects end-to-end
* Collaborative skills across teams and stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar
* Comfort working with large datasets and basic SQL knowledge

Location

Remote in Europe, preferably Madrid, Barcelona, or other locations in Spain.
