PTERCIO and its West Lyon office are recruiting for one of their clients, specialized in the manufacturing distribution of connected medical devices, a: /ppSales Representative / Business Developer (m/f) /ppbr/ppstrongYour mission /strong /ppReporting to the Sales Management, you are responsible for developing new business and managing client accounts within your assigned territory, covering Northern Spain and the Central region. You play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads into long-term customers. /ppbr/ppstrongIn this context, your main responsibilities are: /strong /pulliDefine and master your sales territory, including prospects, market dynamics, and competitors /liliIdentify and approach qualified prospects through cold calling, field prospecting, and digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, Instagram) /liliConduct sales meetings, product presentations, and technical demonstrations (medical devices, software, or related solutions) /liliConvert qualified leads (provided by SDR teams or self-sourced) into customers /liliNegotiate contracts in line with the company’s pricing policy and ensure deal closure /liliManage follow-ups and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships /liliTrack sales performance and ensure reporting against revenue targets /liliShare customer insights and market feedback with Customer Success and Product teams /liliContribute to marketing and promotional actions, including trade fairs and congresses /li /ulpbr/ppYour profile /ppYou have a successful background in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new business development, ideally in a fast-growing environment. /ppbr/pulliMinimum 5 years of commercial experience preferred /liliProfessional level of English Spanish required /liliExperience in healthcare, medical devices, connected objects, software, or related industries is a strong advantage /liliProven experience in cold calling, field sales, and digital prospecting /liliComfortable delivering technical product demonstrations and training clients on software solutions /liliStrong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills /liliExcellent time management and organizational abilities /liliGood command of CRM tools, particularly Salesforce /liliWillingness to travel across Northern Spain and the Central area (including Madrid) /li /ulpbr/ppSalary benefits : 35,000€ fixed salary gross per year, up to 20,000€, company car provided /p
