As an ERP Project Manager, you are responsible for successful delivery of ERP projects to Avanade clients through organization, management and monitoring of people, methodologies and technologies throughout the project life cycle.
**Day-to-day you will**:
Manage scope, budget, and timing.
Accountable for ERP project delivery success
Act as the point of contact for resolving all issues from employees and the vendors
Prepare and manage quality management plans
Determine the approach to be used on the project based on the understanding of the client's requirements and design a comprehensive strategy for achieving successful outcome of the project.
Provide consistent and clear communication between all project stakeholders.
Manages client expectations
Optionally become product expert
Report project progress to the steering committee
Manage schedules
Assist the sales department in creating proposals for prospects or existing clients
Direct and motivate the project team
